I just took my car through there for the very first time and mind you my car is brand new. 2017 brand new off of the lot and I took it through their car wash and they for one didn't guide me through to get aligned right with my wheel. And the other is, is that my car still came out looking dirty oh and to top it off NOW MY CAR THAT DID NOT HAVE ANY SCRATCES ON IT BEFORE NOW HAS SEVERAL ON IT NOW and I have literally only had this car for less than 2 weeks. I just had it detailed a week ago from the dealership with a receipt showing that their is no flaws besides 2 chips that they have to fix on the trunk. and now my entire car is messed up. I need to get ahold of their manager and see what they are going to do about fixing my car. Especially since I paid $15 for them to clean my car and it didn't come out very clean and with scratches from their machines.
