My aunt was just released from Willow springs after a couple of months stay.
The people working there were all very friendly, when you happen to see them.
I visited her almost everyday and she was wet and uncomfortable often. She had bedsores that needed to be dry at all times, but that didn't happen! Only twice did I see anyone come into her room to check on her and both times she had asked for water that never showed up during my visit. I do believe that she could have received better one on one care for the bedsores and other needs that she had. Would I ever put another family member there? No.
