Wife and I were here for a week. Owner is rude as can be, he is the man with a cowboy hat, a slight southern drawl, and definitely has a chip on his shoulder. All of the other staff are great people, and go out of their way to make your visit great, just make sure you aren't going to him for help. The resort itself was nice to stay in, clean bathrooms and showers as well as just being a nice place to stay with a gorgeous view. Weekends are a bit busy, I would recommend against staying here if you are going to camp in a tent over the weekend, tent sites are a bit close, under 10 feet, to eachother. The RV sites do not have much space between either. Weekdays are nice and quiet, that is definitely the time to stay here if you can swing it. If not for the owner we would likely come here again, but he can be a bit stressful so likely we will just go elsewhere. We had a good time, just would be nice to be somewhere less congested and with more space between campsites.
