Rude and not too bright. I drop off an rx on Monday with 90 tabs, the rx costs $300 so I told them I will pick up 30 now and the rest on Friday. I am told yeah yeah no problem, mind you the last time this happened they entered it in the system as 3 different refills for 30 each and it was a huge problem. I call today to make sure it's ready and low and behold they entered it wrong again. After explaining the situation to them I am told there's nothing they can or will do for me. I was asking him why after warning them of the error last time how can this happen again? I am telling him to look up the paper rx to see that they made a mistake again, they guy tells me no and hangs up on me! Seriously? This is pretty simple yet they mess up every time even with warning, how can you trust them to fill meds correctly??
