The in store pickup experience is hardly a happy one after about half an hour waiting on without any stuff showing up. When someone finally came out, he was not patient and when questioned he pointed to a small sign on a telephone saying that I should have called the phone. How the heck did I know? None of Three stuff passed by said they were working on other departments and nobody told me that the phone call for the pickups.
Zero star would be a better rating. Return experience was horrible. Hardly find a sale assistant on the floor in jewelry department. Finally found one, but she didn’t say a word or planned to help when I stood right next to her and asked if she could process the return. This is never happened while shopping in Nordstrom. Well done Macy’s. Never ever will go back again.
