Filled out application and was charged the app fee. I was told they were running my references and would get back to me. But they never called or emailed me to say yes or no. I left messages with no response. I was finally able to talk to someone yesterday and will be refunded. Makes no sense to tell some one I will be contacting your references and then not do anything.

Marlene Kendzoria went out of her way to show us some 20 homes and then helped close the deal twice due to banking issues in these tougher times. After the sale, she remained helpful and interested in making the house our new home. If she is available, go with Marlene, but I'm sure the rest of the Windemere agents a can take care of you just as well.
