Sears

Went in today to buy washer and dryer, I was the only customer on that department, two employees were standing there talking. I walked around for almost 10 minutes, couple of times I made an eye contact with both of them but they never said anything to me, just kept talking. Then I just stood there watch them talk, the girl walked away to the back, he kept talking to her, third person walked out from the back and sees me standing there watching them, asked him do I need any help and then he said "do you need any help, you look like you're in a deep thought" I said I've been here for almost 10 minutes waiting for help and you ignored me, I was just baffled with that" he said "didn't see you, can I help you now?" Nope, I guess you don't want my money and I went to JCPenney where I got an amazing customer service and purchased my washer and dryer. If they were busy, I would totally understand but not having decency to at least say hi when you see a customer it's ridiculous.
