Providence Esther Short - Vancouver

Went to Dr. Jones for several years... very very nice guy. He was exceptional in almost every way except I could NOT get him to listen to me about my left shoulder pain. I asked him on several occasions to @ least order an x-ray but he would not listen to me. After a lot of nagging & just before he moved to Vancouver he finally told me he would have his nurse talk to my insurance about getting an x-ray of my left shoulder... BUT there was NO WAY he was going to approve the x-ray himself. Absolutely crazy... there I was in pain (still am if I am not careful what I do) off & on all those years & Dr. Jones absolutely would not listen to me! One simple x-ray was all I was asking! Well, the insurance approved the x-ray (not Dr. Jones) & after an orthopedic surgeon approved a mri... I had surgery on my left shoulder!!! AND... GUESS WHAT? I had also been complaining all those years to Dr. Jones & some other doctors about my right shoulder as well... turns out I need surgery on my right shoulder as well! Two tears in my glenoid labrum. For these reasons I cannot recommend Dr. Jones... what if I had been complaining about my heart? I'd be 6 feet under & sure as heck not writing this review!
