Jiffy Lube

I came into Jiffy Lube on March 7th 2018, to get a brake fluid flush and fill. They charged me $200. I went into jiffy lube that day at 3:45pm and sat there waiting until they CLOSED!!!!! They kept telling me they were “under staffed” but I saw guys just sitting around eating chips. Less then three weeks later my brake light started blinking and beeping. I went to pull out of my driveway and my brakes no longer worked! Totally broken! If this had happed at any other time my life and others lives could have been a life or death risk! I called jiffy lube and they took in my car and told me they were at fault. It took them 10HOURS or me calling them and staying on top of them to get my car just looked at! They took my car into the shop at 3/13/18 @11:30am and had it until 10pm! I had the banger the regional manger of jiffy lube and it till took that long! His name is Riely (what a loser)!!! I got into my car and it was TOTALLY FILTHY!!! Greasy dirty from car ALL OVER MY CAR! For safety reasons (since they put my life at risk) I asked for a FULL refund, which they agree would be more then fair. Also all the paper work and names of those who worked on my car both on 2/7/18 and 3/13/18. They said they would get them to me. It’s 3/18/18 and I have not received a refund for putting my life and my car at risk nor have I gotten ANY receipts or invoices (the I demanded) on my car to feel safe and know what’s wrong with my car. ON TOP OF THAT!!!! My car is now leaking even MORE in the same spots they told me they fixed!!!!!!!! And now in another NEW area they shouldn’t have even touched!!!! JIFFY LUBE IS THE WROST PLACE TO BRING YOUR CAR ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET! THEY COULD HAVE KILLED ME AND OTHER AND THEY BROKE MY CAR! Riely the regional manger won’t return my phone calls or email me the information I asked for. I will be filing a law suit against them for almost killing me and lying about fixing my car and for stealing my money and over charging me! This is insane! NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO JIFFY LUBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They say they pride themselves on customer service, but all I see online is COUNTLESS complaints of them over charging people, lying and blowing off people! Why are they still in business?! They will never get a dime from me as long as I live! I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I MEET HOW HORRIBLE THEY ARE!!!!!!!
