listened to the recorded call on a recent concern and complaint to this practice--we now use it for "what not to do" and "how not to handle conflict". Classic call of how a patient is mistreated on the phone. Thanks for the training material Evergreen Eye Care of Vancouver, but perhaps we should sign you up for the class! After reading the review of a patient that had an issue, I must say I was quite surprised to hear that the practice was so quick to judge without even any consideration given to a patron who was willing to spend a hard earned dollar. ONE SENTENCE: "we are sorry for the over site, how can we accommodate you better?" So easy, but yet so hard huh? We have to teach our staff to resolve, not fuel. When you let your staff argue and fuel, this is the result. Good luck and I hope maybe someone learned a thing or two from this.
