Never attempted delivery of a package they received from FedEx “SmartPost”. No pink slip left. No other carriers ever have problems delivering to this address. It’s been sitting on their shelf for 3 weeks. They haven’t had a problem delivering a wasteful metric ton of junk mail since, that I’d rather not get.
I needed to convince the employee I spoke to to agree to check that it’s in their office, even after I told the employee that I was told by another office that it’s at that location. An unnecessary hassle, unprofessional to say the least. Zero accountability, as I’ve come to expect from post offices in Seattle.
