This place was recently purchased by someone new and the departure of the former (helpful and friendly) employees is a big disappointment. While the new owner is nice, his current employee never smiles, speaks only when absolutely required, does the bare minimum, and seems genuinely annoyed when asked to do even the basics of her job. (This isn't just a bad day -- it's every single time.) Once I overheard her on the phone saying things like, "Lady, what do you expect?" "Why are you talking? I told you I need you to hang on!" "Are you not listening?" She also treats the owner with complete disrespect -- even in front of customers. Someone this surly should NOT be working with the public. Frankly, if it wasn't such a hassle to change addresses, I'd find a new place to send/receive mail. In the meantime, I keep hoping she'll find a different job and taking outgoing mail and packages elsewhere.
