I really miss Karla! I have rented a box at this post office for three years. I was informed via email that a product that I had ordered was showing delivered on the fifth of October from Amazon, yet when I checked my mail a few days after the package was tracked as delivered, I was not informed by card or key. When I came in yesterday, October 13, I noticed a card in my box, however, it was too late to claim my package. I inquired as to why there was a card as opposed to a key in my box, the dark haired female with glasses told me that it is getting close to the holidays and more people are getting packages, so I didn't get a key and had to come back to the post office to pick it up at the counter. I have never had this issue in the past and it is mid October! Something is off about this person, I would bet I am not the only one who feels this way. I have had other issues, such as a box being handed to me with a fist size hole in it by the same individual at the counter. I recently had an opened credit card statement. My statements are no longer delivered via postal mail.
