We entered the store to see if we could get a good plan that was cheaper than Verizon. No one helped us or even acknowledged our presence. There were two employees and two customers, and I respect that places get busy. This however was odd because no one even acknowledged us for 15 full minutes of waiting, and then the female employee began looking at my wife and I out of the corner of her eye with a very "what are you doing here?" kind of look. Weird experience, non existent customer service for us.
