When I brought my car in the first time, I asked to add to the service new brakes for the rear wheels. After I picked up my car, I learned, no oil change or service was done. So I had to come back. After asking what else might be necessary the service person researched and told me for the all wheel drive train oil change is needed. I brought in my car a second time to get this done. Two days after that, the service person called me and told me, they could not do the complete service, as for one of the gear boxes they did not have the right tool to open the drain. I still do not have an answer how to fix this and when he will have the right tool. I consider this poor service. I company like Chevrolet should provide better service to their customers.
