After hiring this company based on their google reviews. I have realized their reviews must be fake. No way this company provided any exceptional service to anyone. I have experienced the worst customer service in my life and it took alot to achieve that. I left this company 6+ voicemails before hearing from the estimator. He came out promptly but all downhill from there. After receiving the estimate it took me a week to get a hold of someone to schedule the job a month out. Here we are on the day of the job and no call, no show. Tried contacting the company and I get ignored. Definitely not the best gutter company in town. Plenty of more options out there. I reading the real reviews they have on yelp. You will hear the same thing there.

After several other companies failed to show for estimates or when scheduled, Tacoma Guttets not only showed up but work was done on time and cleaned up after themselves. Courteous, prompt and clean I will use them again and recommend their services without hesitation.
