First thing, this really becomes an unofficial lunch room for the students and staff at UW Tacoma. The lines can be a little long BUT the staff (most of the time) does their best to plow through it. That's why this Subway gets 4 stars. Beyond the service, it's a Subway. What do expect for a chain that's constantly running specials? A gourmet sandwich? You'll get a sandwich that won't give you E Coli but it won't be something you rave about. Like most Subways, they go through periods where the owner/management crack down on portion sizes. I ate here often over the course of the last 2 years. It gets the job done.
