SCOTTY'S FRESH FADES, BRAIDS & DREADS

My experience was not a very good one. The stylist that did mine and my daughter's hair texted me earlier that morning and said she was running late. She also asked ME to stop by beauty supply store and get edge control. After stopping by the store to pick up PRODUCT, she still wasn't there . Our appointment was at 10:30 she did not arrive until 11:15. When she finally arrived she started on my daughter's hair right away. Once she finished my daughters hair, she wanted go outside and SMOKE before she started on my hair. She came back smelling like weed and did my hair. When I got home I noticed that the ponytail was not full. I contacted her the next day to see if she would be able to feed more hair into the end of the braids so that the ponytail would look fuller....like the picture I showed her. Her response was that she would let me know when she was available. I never heard from the stylist again. Hands down the work that I've seen from this young lady is awesome. The level of professionalism and care for her clients was not there. She could have at least responded and told me that if she added more hair there will be a charge....or if she does not believe in going back over her work she could have said that as well. But to give no response at all and keep me waiting was completely unprofessional. She has a lot of growing up to do when it comes to business
