Safeway Pharmacy

The pharmacy text system is not accurate. Whenever I get a text that says meds are ready, the pharmacy hasn't actually filled it. The pharmacy is always behind and under staffed. Meds run out and pharmacy does nothing to fix the late arrival. Some cashiers are slow to get what we need. We have also had also lost our prescriptions. Their medication refill and getting prescription that was faxed or emailed is lacking.There seems to be no system of how to operations. We are considering changing pharmacy now. Poor customer service.
