Purchased a pistol from them. Took so long to get the pistol due to excessive delays i had to transfer it to another dealer. They never sent it to the dealer... Manager kept saying thet they never got the FFL. They did because i watched the other shop send the email and it was delivered. So, whatever i had another FFL do the transfer (someone who used to work there) and it shows up. Pick up the pistol, get it home, and its the WRONG ONE!!!! I purchased the new Beretta M9A3 . The pistol i originally looked at was an italian G model. The pistol i received was an American FS model.
