I made an appointment for a cleaning. The day of the appointment reception was not all that friendly but whatever, they did X-rays then sat me down. When the Doc came in he didn't even introduce himself straight up asked me if had problems bc he seen some. He put the sit down didn't even warn me, kinda rude. Then dental hygienist came in, very nice lady she did introduced her self she was the only one that said what she was doing to me after she was done she excused herself and another lady said someone would be in to tell me what work I need to get done and the cost...What? I came in for a cleaning??! What's going on??! Lady came in showed me the bill and said that they never do cleanings on the first day bc they don't know what kind of cleaning I may need? I've been getting cleaning all my life when did they came up with different kinds. When I made the appointment I made it for a cleaning she should of said that they don't do cleaning on the first appointment ...very disappointed and super mad. I guess this is what I get for going with a huge chain and not local doc...
