Malm's Dry Cleaning

Their suggestion for cleaning small mold spots on a wedding dress was wash it in very hot water and hopefully it doesn't destroy the dress.

So very disappointed with the service I received! I took my belted raincoat in to have it dry cleaned. I was not given a claim ticket, but was told when to pick it up. When I arrived to collect it, it was missing the belt. After looking around for it unsuccessfully for a couple of days, they have determined that it must have been my error, and the belt simply must not have been with the coat when I took it in. Now I am out a nearly new coat, and they didn't even give me my money back, offer to replace the belt, or give me an in-store credit. I will NEVER recommend this cleaners to anyone who asks, nor will I ever give them my business again. Frustrated, to say the least!
