The Cheesecake Factory

Went in with me and a buddy and ended up waiting 20 minutes for a table. For a busy restaurant, This is fairly normal. Then we ended up waiting over an hour for our food because someone else had taken our food to a different table. I know busy days can get hectic since I have worked at a restaurant that was busy every day, But its not that hard to make sure whether the food your taking is for your table or another Servers. Food was then mediocre, Wasn't bad but heck Ive had better burgers at home and at Red Robins, Burger was just bland and the fries had a grainy texture like they were taken from a store like Safeway or Walmart and thrown into the frier and had a very grainy texture.. Never have had something like fries messed up like that before.. Had some soup, and that was actually really good as well. Our server was awesome and very apologetic, But I was surprised that the manager never came over to speak to us about the wait on the food at least, Every restaurant I've ever had issues with even if I said it wasn't a big deal and not to worry about it, The manager would come by anyways and take care of us. Literally everywhere else I have eaten at.. Ill come back to try the Cheesecake since I didn't get to because we wanted to just leave but I don't think ill go back for the food itself again.
