I've had 3 negative experiences. First time my shellac manicure only lasted about a week. Next time we were rudely told to come back later without being offered an appointment for a specific time. When I asked if there was a specific time he said 3:00, but then made no effort to take my name or use any polite words. This last time I had a pedicure and was left waiting for a long time without a word. The man who did my nails was sloppy and careless. He seemed very interested in the tv show and the foot massage mostly consisted of him holding my feet while staring at the tv and not moving. It was very weird. Plus a pedicure is $30. I'm going to Poulsbo next time, it's worth the drive.
