This review is specific to Lottie, not her adult daughter who also works in their shop. Yesterday Lottie was rude and disrespectful multiple times to my nine year old daughter while cutting her hair. We had to step in and directly tell Lottie to stop with the negative and insulting comments being made our child.
This is second time this has happened. Lottie exhibited the same behavior with another child of ours five years ago. I'm sorry we gave Lottie a second chance, as neither of my children can “un-hear” the things Lottie said to them.
Not sure if her negativity comes out this forcefully when she is cutting adults’ hair, but definitely do NOT bring your children to her. As my nine year old later remarked, “That lady needs more love in her life.”
