Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers. They bring you broken parts, then blame it on you and want more money to replace​ it.. in addition it will take 2+ inspection attempts before it passes their installation work. Owner and management are have far from professional attitude and zero interest in resolving a problem.

Joe was rude and talked down to me. Made me feel like I was an idiot. Kept repeating, "I don't understand your terminology", I'm no expert on stoves and was expecting a little help. Definitely did not receive that! All I wanted was some double walled chimney pipe, a weather guard and a weather cap for it. You would've thought I was pulling teeth! Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone! And not only was he rude to me, but also his employees! Do not go here and support an a hole like this!
