I just called and told the man I needed a filter for a Eureka, Boss, mini. He said, "Do you have a model number?" I said, "No, I didn't. I looked but couldn't find one." He very brusquely asnwered, "That's not gonna give me enough to work with." I was very polite about it, but his tone was dismissive and rude. I think I'll just buy on-line rather than "local."
