Slickrock Burrito

One of my family's favorites, I must say... their peanut sauce is the best, yes even more so than Neato Burrito (which tends to vary too much in spice) one time it's good- the next it's burning my throat, it's unexpected with too many variances- if you like the more spicy tendency then it's a good option. However, Slickrock doesn't have Tofu... They keep saying they might get it....when?? That is the real question... it's been three years now. I suppose I'll have to go to Neato just for the Tofu option. Now if Slickrock had the Tofu mixed with the best peanut sauce... then they would be unbeatable. Yes, I'm that passionate about my burrito and yes I love their peanut sauce that much. In my opinion it has the perfect creamy thickness, well balanced spicey- tangy with the flavorful savory peanut and it's in-house made. Slickrock also has yummy tortilla options and I love to keep my options local. The people are always friendly, good positive atmosphere and clean. Try them out, support local!.
