Renewal by Andersen of Eastern WA

I had a great experience going through Renewal by Andersen. The whole team I dealt with all did an amazing job selling and representing their company. My consult with Kurt and measurements with Randy and his co-worker were laid back/no pressure and they made sure I knew the steps ahead. Michael and Ryan on the install blew me away with how fast and efficient they got the job done. Couldn't be happier with my new windows!

RE: Cody G: Today I needed to prime and paint some trim on all our new Anderson casement windows. In order to gain exterior access to most, it was necessary to remove each window (rather than scale a 20 foot-long ladder, an activity not high on my "to-do" list as a 66 year-old newly retired individual). With windows all removed, my plan was to paint them in their respective rooms, then "just" re-insert each window. Concerned for the welfare of both me and my precious windows, I called Renewal by Anderson to see if someone could walk me through the process, or even better, lead me to an appropriate YouTube. Instead, within an hour, I had Cody G. arrive at my door! Without assistance, he carefully removed each, a task I quickly realized I was woefully unqualified to do by myself. Cody was warm, friendly, reassuring, and a pleasure to work with. At our agreed-upon time, Cody returned later on that day to re-install all 5 windows.
