Moon's Mongolian Grill

I love eating here and have done so since the early 2000's. Mai is amazing and always has a quick hi or how's your Momma. Food is yummy, but can be confusing for the first-timer. I wish they had more rotating options for veggies bc spinach would be awesome. Overall the people are great and I was not disappointed this last visit , and I won't be as long as Mai is in charge.
