Im a small business owner and i wanted to say I had an amazing experience at the northtown mall lids. I noticed that most of the other reviews are from a year or more ago. This new staff has been amazing the last 9 times i came within the last 2 months. I'll always give them my business and have suggested it to some of the big businesses I have collaborated with over the years. I don't know who was working when these other people wrote reviews but I've never had a bad experience.
