I don't normally write reviews on businesses but the other reviews contradicted my experience so strongly that I feel the need to tell my story of Jeffrey Marshall. All the dental work of my life up until now had been hellish ordeals where if there wasn't a ton of pain, there was so much novocaine that practically my whole face would be numb for the entire day, and I learned to dread going to the dentist to the point where I would cement my own crowns in when they fell out, and I have unfilled cavities that are years old, I'm sure. Going to Jeffrey has completely changed my view on dentistry and I will be going to him from now on. I tried Jeff out despite the negative reviews because my dad said he was really good. My crown had snapped off with a piece of the tooth still inside and I was worried that I would need an expensive implant or something crazy. At the very least I was expecting the visit to be a 3-4 hour ordeal that I had come to know from dentists. When I got there, there was some paperwork to fill out since I had never been to see him before and then I went and got in the reclining chair. Within 5 minutes Jeff was with me, looking me over and discussing solutions. He didn't try to sell me on an implant or denture or anything crazy. The plan was to drill out my old root canal and put a gold coated, threaded, steel spike up in there (the part of the tooth that you would glue the crown to was snapped off). He drilled out the root canal, screwed in the spike, cemented it in, rebuilt a new tooth nub on it, and recemented my crown back in, all in under an hour. Total time at the dentist was an hour and a half. There was no pain or discomfort at all during the procedure, but at the same time my entire face wasn't numb, just half my lips and the tiniest bit of my nose. Perfect amount of novocaine (or whatever the stuff is that they numb your mouth with). My crown has never felt stronger. He has changed my very bleak view of dentists to be a bit brighter. You aren't getting that side of the story.
