I first took my car to botzons for an inspection because I was hearing noise while driving. They don't find anyrhing. Great. A year later my clutch goes out, I take it back to Botzons for the repairs. I asked for them to tell me what was most pressing to fix other than my clutch to get it safe to drive on the road. And they say to drive carefully because my tranny was making a little noise but I would be fine "just be careful". Two weeks later I'm broken down 2 hours away with my front differentials locked up. A bearing went out, turns out that was the original noise I had taken my car to botzons for in the first place. So now I'm frustrated, actually beyond. Besides for being broken down Bryan insists on arguing that there is no way they are responsible when I specifically asked them what I needed to be safe to drive again. Another mechanic had to fix my transmission in another town. I was refunded the labor for my clutch and everything should be a ok now right? Well it's been less than a year and my clutch is out AGAIN. When I called botzons what did Bryan instantly do? Blame the mechanic who fixed my transmission. I am having Europro fix my clutch and I will not be dealing with this place ever again.
