The Blake provides an comfortable and casual living. The apartments are well stellar and affordable. Michael the manager is incredible, he goes above and beyond to meet your requests. I'd give the 6 stars if I could.

I have never felt so at home. The Blake is the most adorable boutique property in Spokane Valley, I call it "the hidden treasure" because anytime I have people over they oooh and ahhh and mention they've never heard of them before. More than the charm and beauty of the apartments themselves, the team that represents The Blake is why I will continue to call it home. A service team you can depend on. Office staff that make life easy. The generosity and service they provide are unmatched. Thank you Blake for making it possible for me to love where I live!!
