They took advantage of my husband by telling him refinancing would be a breeze. They made grand promises of how low our interest rate would be. They got him to sign by making it seem easy. Now we've only paid $1,200 of the principle amount while paying $330 for the past year. They got us a long with a 24.99% interest rate and said that was normal. Zero advice or compassion from any of the staff there. We can't even refinance the loan because of how bad the terms are. Since the principle is still so high after a year of wear, tear, and miles. Every person I ever come into contact with that's looking to buy a car will hear where not to go.
