I have never been so unhappy with a car wash ever in my life, we were passing thru this town and first saw the Wave car wash but it was down and my husband remembered this one over on Pearl St. so we went there, we had to wait a few cars but that was okay due to we were traveling out of town and needed to be able to see out the windows and it had been a while since we washed my car. I paid for the Platinum because I wanted my car done good. All I can say is after the fact my husband had to ask for the car freshener that came with the Platinum and then a rag so he could actually clean the windows. I was so disappointed it the whole thing. I do not recommend them very impersonal and not very good at their job !!!
