I wish I would have read these reviews before this incident happened. Just like everybody else, I had a package from eBay that was delivered to the wrong address. I've been to the P.O. three times in a week & had to talk to the same Supervisor who said the same thing, "I'll get in touch with the postman & I'll give you a call." I never got a call. The third time she said, "There's nothing we can do since it's been over a week." Wait, that's your fault for never getting back to me & dealing with the problem. I told the seller on eBay & filed a claim on eBay & it got sent straight to eBay & I was told I couldn't receive a refund because the item was shown as delivered. The only "good" thing is that the item was only $20, but that's still money I'm never getting back. These guys a horrible.
