So, it's taking me a little while to write this review since I've received my car back from The Wrench. I wanted to drive it for a few weeks to make sure everything was good to go since I've experienced so many problems with previous mechanics saying that it was fixed and running well, when in fact, it was not. I want to let anyone who comes across this repair shop know that this place is top notch. I called around to numerous places getting pricing and Shannon was, by far, the most genuine/real and caring person ...even just via a single phone call. I told her I appreciated her genuineness and the caring tone I heard in her voice and wanted to give her the business but I found someplace else cheaper. Shannon not only match their pricing, but she also towed my car in at the expense of the shop. She definitely went above and beyond to earn my business and continued to keep me updated throughout the process. My car was in and out in less than a week for a full engine swap! It now runs BEAUTIFULLY! After being to the dealership, and two different mechanics I can finally say that I was happy with the place I ended up at The Wrench. Shannon is definitely a huge asset to this company as I'm sure everyone else who works there is as well. However she is the one I communicated with and I definitely appreciate her.
