I scheduled an appointment on jul 21,2017 to have my windshield replace on July 27, 2017 I got my email confirmation. On July 26, 2017 I drove 45 minutes to check on my scheduled appointment and to make sure all was good and not have to deal with any last minute paperwork but to my surprise they haved close early so I had no way to talk to anyone so I call the 1-800 number and told them about so they said any insurance paperwork could be done at the time of the appointment. I went in for the appointment on July 27, 2017 only to be told that they did not deal with any insurance paperwork that I would have to do it myself meaning I would have to reschedule my appointment after the luck of customer service and trying to work things out and being ignored other customers told me that if it was them they would just leave and go get my job done by someone else and that's exactly what I end up doing. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
