David Lee - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently switched over my insurance to State Farm and chose David Lee as my agent after meeting with him at his office in Silverdale. He took the time to sort through my old policy which was tons of paperwork and took a lot of patience. He was kind in helping me find myself and my husband the best policies for us because we were not very insurance educated. They made it very easy to switch over from Farmers to State Farm. Very polite staff and prompt phone calls back. Would highly recommend David and his agency!

The worst State Farm agent I have ever done business with. My home had flooded and David Lee never responded to my first five attempts to reach him. Messages left for each call. I finally got a hold of him and he told me within a minute of the conversation "can I call you back, I just had someone walk in that got into an accident"? That was disrespectful and not how an agent should handle their customers. I strongly recommend choosing another agent. Any other agent is better than David Lee.
