Thai Bistro Inc

I made an impromptu plan to stop in for lunch. The food was very good, but the service was very poor. I had to flag down the server to take my order (he was taking orders from larger parties who had come in after me). It was a considerable wait for my meal to arrive and then it was wrong. I had to go to the take out desk to have someone come to my table to replace the meal. Someone (NOT my server) took the meal away and I waited even longer to get the meal I originally ordered. I never saw the server again, except to watch him cater to tables with three or more. I had to ask twice for a knife. They only give you a fork. I had to flag down someone to get my check and a to-go box. The box she brought was very small, half of what I needed. I had to request a larger box. This was not a busy time of day. It was before noon with only a half dozen tables occupied when I arrived. I am always a very good tipper, however I did not leave one and I explained the service had been poor. So four stars for food, zero stars for service. If you go as a group, you'll likely be fine.
