I went there in a pinch an hour before closing needing to find a mattress for my Mom who was coming home from the hospital the next day. We left and I called two minutes before closing and Kathy made it happen. We had the right mattress by 11am the next day and still had plenty of time to get Mom from the hospital, and she loves the mattress
