Jimmy (The owner) is super cool and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable on glass and vape products. the daytime manager is also pretty awesome, friendly and well informed. my only real complaint would be the attitude and lack of product awareness shown by the rest of the staff. Blatant ignorance and willful disinterest in customers needs and their behavior and demeanor is that of someone who just really couldn't care any less about the store itself or its occupants and just gives the vibe that they really didnt want to be there and only cared about collecting a check.
