On Safari Foods

1 star after food I was having to spit out :( On Safari Foods is being 50% mediocre, lazy, and not paying attention to the details. Some food days are good but many are not. Firstly, the food of Asia is awful. They are not knowing how to cook any Asia foods. All the Asia people at our location even say how bad it is. They also are loving to boil their chicken which is unpleasant both in taste, texture and appearance. Much of the foods I have been eating from the vendor are lacking in detail. Much of the rice has been undercooked. The chicken being served is tasting like lowest quality. It is sadness as I have had some great home made salsa and curries from them but other days I am pretty sure they are using the paste salsas. Selection of the compliments to the dishes is poor and being inconsistent. They serve strange combos which are not complementing to the dish. They keep going down the hill and which is why I needing of the posting these.
