Frustrating, stingy, never helpful at all. Every single interaction I had with this management company was incredibly frustrating. They completely took away the "community" atmosphere that had been in place and replaced it with business.They charged my roommate and I for a full paint, when the paint was still brand new in the unit we moved out of. A waste of my money, -their time & resources. I doubt they even actually painted it. They even refused to help me take down curtain rods that were bolted to the very high walls (as if I just have a ladder laying around in my apartment) but that they could do it after I move out. ?? They just want your money. Avoid this company.
