A perfectly good place to shop. The employees are nice and well-trained and do the best they can. They aren't making commission, so they tend to leave you alone and let you breathe, unlike Nordstrom. Very helpful when you ask them for help though. They can even ring you out on the spot, though I ended up going to the line up front simply because that's where I wandered off to. I was between sizes in a dress, and the gal in the fitting room told me about their tailor! He was great, got the dress turned around in no time, and it looks fantastic now. It was much more affordable than I thought, so I'll have to go back and see him again for other stuff. People seem to get upset because the Rack isn't like Nordstrom proper, but what kind of a daft idiot (apart from the woman ahead of me who wasted five minutes of life the cashier and I AREN'T GETTING BACK) doesn't expect a return policy at a discount retailer? I guess when you've "spent thousands of dollars at Nordstrom" you lose the ability to read receipts, or listen to the clerk tell you the policies as you check out. I understand those things are difficult when your head is shoved up your ass.
This store is very clean and organized. It has a very nice shoe section. I wouldn't go here when it's busy because they put so much stock out on the floor that there's not much room for strollers and carts to maneuver
