Chandra is amazing to work with. She does not do pressure sales. She is easy to work with and very caring. SHE HAS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!She understood that I only had weekends off to purchase a car, however on her day off she drove over an hour and half to the office and provide insurance just so I could take my car home from the dealership. Now that is dedication. I have been working with Chandra for many years and would say she is one; if not the best Agent he has ever had .

Whenever I call to pay my bill no one answers, no one replies to emails, very poor service. Will be transferring my policy as soon as I'm able to pay my bill.
