Marlana Studebaker is a pro. I first went to her about two years ago to insure my house, guest house and a couple of cars. She quickly and competently saw my needs, suggested changes, sought out discounts and made the whole process painless and easy with her range of knowledge, in-person communication and subsequent calls and emails to make sure everything went smoothly. Recently I had to add another house, van and umbrella policy. She integrated them seamlessly into my current policy and suggested some tweaks and changes to make sure I was adequately covered. Marlana went to bat for me after another office tried some decidedly shady shenanigans when they found out I would be pulling my business from them. I've never felt rushed when speaking to her on the phone, even when she had the flu (sorry, Marlana!). The level of customer service, professionalism and friendliness Marlana provides is outstanding in a time when those things seem to be increasingly secondary.
