We brought our 31/2 year old twins for swim lessons. Though I think they mean well, the instructors don't appear to have much experience. My guys had a hard time getting in which isn't easy but the instructors would give up and work with someone else pretty much...instantly. The one time they had a good lesson I did all of the motivation. Maybe it helps that I'm a school teacher and understand you have to motivate children, build relationship and keep at it but if I'm going to do all the work. I might as well put on a swim suit and they can pay me. After the instructors grabbed a couple other kids, went all the way to the other side of the pool leaving my kids sitting by themselves, that was it. Left never to return. Maybe it will work better for you.
