Dollar Rent a Car

I made this reservation through a third party site. After flying cross country for 6 hours and making a point of telling the woman at the desk that I DID NOT want the optional insurance, she made a snide comment and quickly told me to initial the agreement. I later found out that I had indeed been charged $24.95 a day for two days for the insurance. When I called to question it , the best they would do is credit half the amount back. I would not rent again from this place and advise anyone who does to read the agreement carefully before they initial it. From other reviews it seems they have a tendency to rush you into signing while making it seem like they are following your wishes.
